I believe that healing begins with developing a greater sense of safety within ourselves and building a healthy, compassionate relationship with both self and others. My work is grounded in the understanding that our brains and nervous systems are shaped by our experiences, relationships, and environments—and that with the right support, there is capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change.
I am a warm, collaborative, and compassionate clinician who strives to meet each person where they are while remaining developmentally informed and respectful of the biological and relational factors that shape our experiences. I believe in creating space for clients to feel safe, understood, and supported, while also being willing to be straightforward, gently challenge patterns, and encourage growth when it may be helpful.
