Work pressure, juggling the constant demands of life, or the quiet weight of expectations can leave you feeling drained, anxious, or disconnected from yourself. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and understood — so you’re reminded you don’t have to navigate life’s ups and downs alone.
I work with women and professionals navigating stress, burnout, anxiety, infertility or family building, life transitions, relationship stress, and challenges with self-esteem. In our sessions, we explore what’s weighing on you and gently uncover practical ways to feel supported and more in tune with your own needs. Every approach is tailored to your life, your values, and your story – so therapy feels personal and meaningful.
