Feeling anxious, unmotivated, or disconnected from yourself (sometimes or most of the time), can be exhausting, especially while figuring out friendships, school, extracurriculars, family, and all the changes that come with the teen and young adult years.
I offer compassionate, trauma-informed therapy for teen girls and emerging adults who want to feel calmer, more connected, and more like the person they want to be.
Many of the clients I work with are sensitive, creative, high-achieving, athletic and deeply feeling, and often struggle with self-doubt, people-pleasing, emotional overwhelm, or feeling “too much”.
In our work together, I help you slow down (still go for big goals if that’s your thing) and understand what’s happening in your nervous system, and help untangle the patterns that keep you stuck.
Using a blend of many options including trauma-informed therapy, expressive arts, mindfulness, nature connections, and mind body healing tools, we’ll build practical skills that work for you so you can move through life with more ease, clarity, and confidence.
Sessions are held virtually, making support accessible wherever you are in Alberta or in-person based out of Calgary. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded, honouring your pace, your strengths, and your inner wisdom while offering steady guidance and tools you can use in real life.
If you’re looking for a therapist who sees and supports the whole you mind, body, and heart, I would be honoured to walk alongside you.
