I work with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, perimenopause, and low self-esteem. I believe in the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. You are more than just your thoughts, emotions, or behaviours. I consider the whole person within their community: psychological well-being is influenced by a complex web of factors, including childhood experiences, lifestyle, relationships, physical health and the social and global environments. My practice is inclusive and affirming of all genders, sexual orientations, cultural backgrounds and spiritual or religious beliefs; upon request, I am happy to integrate your specific spirituality orientation into our approach. Together, we’ll uncover the challenges you face and the deeper patterns that influence them while helping you gain a better understanding of yourself, your relationships and your world. Understanding these patterns empowers you to develop new coping skills, and changing behaviours while fostering self-awareness.
