aley is a Registered Social Worker and the Clinic Director of Therapy Uninterrupted, a virtual clinic practicing across Ontario. After several years in both group and solo practice, and now building her own group practice, Haley offers clinical supervision grounded in compassion, clarity, and a strong ethical foundation. Haley supports therapists in developing their unique clinical voice while maintaining a high standard of professional practice. She has completed training to qualify as a clinical supervisor within the standards of both the CRPO and OCSWSSW. As a supervisor, Haley creates a collaborative space that encourages growth, self-reflection, and confidence in therapeutic work with diverse populations. Haley supports therapists in deconstructing and analyzing clinical cases, understanding and working through transference and counter-transference, reviewing therapeutic orientations and interventions, and supporting therapists in navigating the impacts of ethics, self-disclosure, codes of conduct, and relevant laws and regulations impacting private practice.
In addition to clinical supervision, Haley also provides administrative supervision to therapists who are ready to start their own private practice. Haley is able to support therapists who would appreciate guidance in how to get started, how to prepare, and how to construct a smooth-running business – so that therapists can focus on seeing clients instead!
In working with clinicians, my goal is to make sure that every therapist feels competent, capable, and supported. An empowered clinician is one who can provide quality work with clients, and it is my mission to ensure that this becomes standard practice. If Haley’s approach to clinical or administrative supervision speaks to you, please reach out for a free 15-minute phone consultation to make sure we’re a good fit!
