After practicing law for more than 15 years, I found my true calling as a therapist, helping a wide variety of clients navigate life’s ups and downs. I know firsthand how hard it can be to juggle career and family while still taking care of yourself, and I aim to create a space where you can do just that – focus on yourself for a few moments. My goal is to make sure that you feel relaxed and heard, find your strength, and figure out how to tackle life’s challenges with confidence. I bring to my sessions my real work experience as a parent, as a neurodivergent woman, and as someone who has experienced workplace burnout, to help foster a deeper connection with clients who are struggling.
