As a South Asian therapist, I hold space for adults and young adults navigating anxiety, trauma, cultural identity, and intergenerational wounds. My approach blends talk therapy, expressive arts, mindfulness, and inner child healing to help clients reconnect with themselves, shift long-standing patterns, and build self-trust.
Many of my clients are first-generation Canadians, high achievers, or caregivers who are burnt out, struggling with boundaries, or feeling unseen in their roles.
