Life’s challenges can sometimes leave us feeling overwhelmed, stressed or disconnected from ourselves and others. You do not have to navigate those experiences alone. Therapy can provide a supportive space to explore your experiences, better understand your emotions and patterns, and work toward meaningful growth and healing.
I am currently completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) degree and offering therapy services at The Counselling House under the supervision of Dr. Laurie Ponsford-Hill. Throughout my academic and professional experiences, I have worked with youth, young adults, and adults across a variety of settings and backgrounds, supporting individuals navigating emotional, behavioural, relational, and life challenges.
I am drawn to supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship and family concerns, and self-esteem difficulties. My approach to therapy is person-centred and grounded in the belief that therapy is never one-size-fits-all. Together, we can explore your experiences and build insight in a safe and supportive space using CBT, EFT, and ACT-informed approaches to better understand thoughts, emotions, relationships, and values.
Beginning therapy is a meaningful step, and I will be there to support and guide you throughout your journey.
