I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with over seven years of experience supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and self-growth. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that healing happens in connection — when clients feel safe, seen, and supported.
Drawing from Gestalt Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, CBT, and mindfulness-based interventions, I tailor each session to meet the unique needs and pace of my clients. I also offer walk-and-talk therapy, inviting movement and nature into the healing process.
Having practiced in both India and Canada, I bring a culturally responsive and trauma-informed lens to my work. I strive to create an inclusive space where clients from all backgrounds — including BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities — can explore their stories with openness and self-compassion.
In therapy, I walk alongside you as you make sense of your experiences, reconnect with your inner strengths, and move toward meaningful growth and balance.
