At the core of my personal and professional life is the wholehearted belief that humans are intrinsically wired for both connection and healing. Therefore, it’s my privilege that you might consider me someone to (re)connect you to your authentic self, with your partner, with a life you want to fully live.
I work from a trauma-informed perspective, and I connect best with both individual clients as well as couples. Every client is unique in their experiences. While I bring a trauma-informed perspective into all sessions, I also integrate a person-centered approach…you will be safe, seen, valued, accepted, and never judged. We will work together at your pace. We will pause if you want. You can take your time and to connect and feel safe. This is your time, your journey and your story, after all.
I use several approaches to support my clients. These approaches integrate Accelerated Experiential-Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness practices, Attachment-based perspectives, and some Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). These all uniquely support a trauma-informed perspective.
The Gottman Couples Method informs my work with couples and helps me connect you with the tools to navigate your relationship.
