Rather than focusing solely on specific symptoms or diagnoses, I’ll work with you to consider the effects of all of these factors on your mental health and well-being, and to create a path forward. I offer virtual therapy so you can attend from a preferred location, whether that’s the comfort of home, a walk in the park, or a quiet spot on your lunch break.
Areas of expertise: posttraumatic growth, women & gender-diverse clients, gender & sexuality (2SLGBTQ+ affirming), communication & relationship skills, life transitions, healing after IPV/DV, parent support, chronic illness (patient/caregiver), & relational trauma. I have lived experience in many of these areas, which supports my compassion-focused practice.

I’m a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association, and a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors. These designations allow me to work with clients from BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Newfoundland, Yukon, NWT, and Nunavut.
