As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I draw from various therapeutic approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFT). I have also completed Level 1 Gottman Method training for couples therapy, received training in Transformative Couples Therapy (TCT), and hold qualifications in financial counseling.
