I’m passionate about helping young adults navigate the ups and downs of major life transitions—whether it’s adjusting to university, starting a new job, changes in friendships, or managing the stresses that come with growing into a new chapter. These changes can be thrilling but also challenging and overwhelming at times. In our work together, we’ll explore how to understand and manage your emotions, recognize patterns that may be holding you back, and develop strategies for coping with the inevitable hurdles life throws your way. I’m here to help you explore your experiences in a space where you feel safe and truly heard. By focusing on your strengths and values, we’ll work together to build confidence in facing challenges, all while staying grounded in who you are. I’ve worked in schools, clinics, and community settings, offering counselling and support to children, adolescents, and adults. My experience includes helping with anxiety, depression, stress, childhood trauma, life transitions, self-esteem, anger, work-life-school balance, sports performance, boundaries, and more. I often work with clients who may be experiencing challenges stemming from past experiences. In our initial session, we may discuss what led you to seek support, how these challenges are impacting your daily life, mental and physical health history, family dynamics, and what goals you hope to achieve through our work together. I also have experience supporting individuals with T1D, CP, and more.
