Whether you are navigating a major transition, feeling the weight of burnout, struggling in your relationships, managing anxiety, or finding your footing in parenthood, you do not have to figure it out alone. I work with individuals who are ready to take time for themselves, perhaps for the first time in a long time, and that willingness is something to be proud of. Showing up for yourself is not selfish, it is necessary.
Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, so we will work together to figure out what works best for you. Drawing from psychodynamic and client-centered perspectives, sessions with me are collaborative and warm. Together we will explore your inner world and build a path toward feeling more grounded, connected, and like yourself again.
Taking the first step toward therapy is not easy, and the fact that you are here, reading this, means you are already doing it. That takes courage. I know reaching out can feel vulnerable and uncertain, but you do not have to have the right words or know exactly what you need.
