I offer warm, collaborative, and practical counselling for adults navigating anxiety, stress, relationships, self-esteem, ADHD-related concerns, and significant life transitions. I have a particular interest in supporting women as they navigate changing identities, relationship patterns, career decisions, expectations of themselves and others, and the challenge of finding direction when life feels uncertain.
My approach draws primarily on cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), strengths-based, and narrative approaches. Together, we can explore how past experiences, beliefs, and patterns may be influencing your present, while identifying your strengths and what matters most to you. I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, asking questions, and exploring your experiences without judgment.
I believe meaningful change doesn’t always come from having everything figured out. Sometimes it begins with understanding yourself a little better, recognizing what is no longer working, or finding the confidence to make a different choice. My goal is to help you gain insight, reconnect with your values, and find practical ways forward that feel authentic to you.
Before becoming a counsellor, I worked in community programming, nonprofit services, coaching, and client support. These experiences shaped my appreciation for the many personal, social, and environmental factors that influence our well-being. I bring curiosity, compassion, and a practical, goal-oriented perspective to our work, moving at a pace that feels right for you.
You don’t need to have all the answers before starting counselling. We can begin wherever you are and work together toward greater clarity, self-understanding, and meaningful change.
