Her specialities include ADHD, Couples (dating, pre-marital, married, separated), Children/Teens, Adults, and people working through Trauma (Narrative therapy & EMDR available), self-esteem, leadership, life-coaching, and much more. Her scope is continually expanded through education, training, and experience. She has a practical and intervention-based approach, often leaning on Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Experiential techniques.
