As a grief and trauma focused therapist, I understand this struggle and want to meet you exactly where you are at. My goal as a therapist is to work in collaboration with you to address your current difficulties, understand and heal the deep-rooted issues which make change so difficult, and develop and strengthen your unique capacities and resources.
I take a holistic and collaborative approach to therapy, adapting the process to my client’s unique needs and preferences. Some of my key areas of focus include grief, domestic violence, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Some of the evidence-based modalities I use in treatment include EMDR, CPT, CBT, ACT, DBT and IFS.
