I’m Jayoma, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a background in medical education. My training as a doctor shaped the way I understand people’s stories, but I realized my true calling was in mental health and supporting clients through therapy. I offer a warm, supportive space where you can set down the weight of cultural expectations, family pressures, and the need to “always be strong,” and begin to focus on what feels true and healing for you.
My style is grounded, approachable, and collaborative. I work with teens (13+) and adults navigating anxiety, depression, family or relationship conflict, perfectionism, high expectations, or major life transitions. Drawing from Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Narrative Therapy, I tailor each session to your unique needs.
Above all, my goal is to honour your story, support your growth, and help you move toward healing and authenticity in a space where you feel safe and understood.
