Hello! Here’s a little about me: I am a masters level registered social worker since 2013 and have been in clinical counselling / psychotherapy roles for 14 years. I specialize in working with youth and younger adults (under 40) and their families with a myriad of challenges including mental health (anxiety, depression, adjustment, stress, difficulty coping, eating disorders, trauma, OCD and more), addictions (substance use and behavioural) and parenting coaching / support.
