Hi! My name is Jill and I utilize a person-centered, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive approach to treatment. I also provide a warm, judgement free space for clients to feel comfortable during the therapeutic process.
I have experience working with anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma recovery, ADHD, mood disorders, relationships, and other issues faced by many people. The pandemic has also opened my eyes to the effects of burnout, stress, and isolation, which is extremely apparent now, and therefore has informed my experience and skills to a new level.
