I’m Kelly George, a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma, PTSD, depression, chronic stress, and chronic pain. My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence based care. I aim to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without pressure or shame. In practice, I apply various evidence-based approaches, including CBT, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), mindfulness based strategies, DBT, and ACT. My approach is trauma-informed, client-centred, and focused on helping you understand what factors are driving your symptoms and learn tools that genuinely work both in and out of session.
