When I first started therapy, I felt shame in reaching out for support. I was taught to hide my emotions and to not show vulnerability. Often, we learn that shame is something we feel we must hide or “power through,” but left unaddressed, it can lead to feelings of isolation and self-criticism. In finding a therapist that I trusted, I learned that therapy can be a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore the roots of shame and work through the emotional struggles that come with it. Witnessing the healing, and life changing advantages of therapy was how my passion for becoming a therapist began.

My approach is neurodiverse, trauma-informed and 2SLGBTQ+ affirming. I focus on empowering clients to leverage their strengths while supporting areas of challenge. I work with people experiencing anxiety and depression, those looking to explore autism, neurodivergence, and those looking to heal from past trauma.
It’s common to feel disconnected, as though you’re carrying burdens that no one else can understand. But healing is possible and it starts with acknowledging that you deserve support. I invite you to reach out for a free consultation to see how we can work together.
