I offer evidence-based approaches and use an eclectic approach in my work, incorporating the mind, body, and spirit. I draw on elements from mindfulness, CBT, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), parts work, and accelerated experiential dynamic psychotherapy (AEDP). I primarily work with clients on concerns related to anxiety and stress, life transitions, depression, self-compassion, relational boundaries, and emotional distress.
