I am an Ontario Registered Social Worker who also practices Psychotherapy, leveraging my BSW, MSW and nearly 25 years’ experience to support individuals in designing a life that truly feels good, inside and out.
I am usually sought after for my ability to help people identify a core issue and developing customized experiences for processing and mental retraining around the identified areas of need.

I primarily use Brainspotting, a somatic and neuroscience-based therapy that supports deep emotional release and processing. I integrate CBT, solutions-focused techniques,IFS and reflective dialogue to build clarity, regulation and long-term change.
