I utilise concepts from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Emotion Family Focussed Therapy (EFFT), and Yoga. I have a distinct passion for neuroscience and spirituality. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, suicide and self-harm concerns, trauma, self-esteem, and personality disorders.
