Welcome to my psychotherapy practice! Are you tired of your childhood wounds running your life? Of knowing where your anxiety, low self-esteem, and difficulty trusting yourself and others come from, but not knowing what to do about them? Of feeling like you’ve tried everything to heal yourself and to have success in your relationships, but not seeing the results you’ve hoped for? In my work, I put my knowledge of attachment theory as well as my skills in CBT and mindfulness to use in helping my clients progress in their healing of lifelong childhood wounds.
I am a Psychotherapist who is adept at getting to the heart of the matter with my clients in order to help them tackle the challenges they face. I will be happy to accompany you every step of the way, whether your process is one of immediate problem resolution or of self-discovery and personal growth.
I believe that in order for psychotherapy to be effective, it must be collaborative, co-constructive, flexible, and adaptable to your evolving situation and needs. My ultimate goal for therapy is to leave you feeling empowered to address the challenges in your life both in the present and beyond our work together.
