I studied Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and I am currently accepting clients at One Body Health & Wellness in Fonthill. I use a collaborative approach and incorporate relevant techniques from different modalities, with special attention to somatic (relating to the body) techniques. I value a holistic approach, where the mind, emotions, body, and spirit are taken into account. I have received additional training in Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT) which utilizes evidence-based techniques to support health and healing. I enjoy working with adolescents, teenagers, and adults on concerns including depression and grief, anxiety, burnout, relationships, life transitions, and self-esteem.
One of my favourite ways to enjoy my time include practicing yoga at home, hiking and exploring the outdoors with my dog, and being creative through painting and more recently pottery. I am also strongly dedicated to continuing my education with additional courses and trainings, and staying up-to-date on the latest research.
