Have you ever felt caught between who you are and who you’ve been told you need to be just to feel accepted? Maybe you’ve learned to silence parts of yourself – your identity, your emotions, your voice – because full expression never felt safe. You might notice it in your body: the tightness in your chest when you’re asked to shrink, the heaviness that settles in when you’re trying to keep the peace, the quiet ache of feeling unseen in spaces where you hoped to be welcome.
I am passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ folks, women, neurodivergent people, and anyone else carrying the layered impacts of relational, developmental, or spiritual trauma. In our work together, we slow down enough to meet the parts of you that are overwhelmed or running on empty from these experiences. I also bring a feminist and decolonial lens, holding space for the systems and histories that have shaped your experiences so you don’t have to carry that context alone.
My approach in therapy is warm, compassionate, and relational. I’m less interested in “fixing” you, and more committed to supporting you in reconnecting to the wholeness of who you are but haven’t been allowed to experience. Together, we can begin untangling what’s yours from what isn’t, allowing you to build a relationship with yourself and others in a way that feels more connected and liberating.
