Hi, I’m Tiffany.
I provide an open, caring environment where all parts of you are welcome. It can be so difficult to navigate all the various challenges thrown at us today, while also striving to discover our most authentic selves. Complicated emotions are part of being human, but so often we isolate ourselves with these emotions out of fear or shame. In our time together, we’ll work to relieve those stuck parts of your experience so that you can move closer to yourself and the ones you love.
My work is trauma-informed and full of empathy. I can use humour when the mood calls for it, and believe that play and creativity are essential ingredients when working toward transformative change. I recognize you as the author of your own life and invite you to collaborate with me as we discover what healing methods work best for you. Together, we will work on developing greater awareness and self-compassion while stoking our imaginations to think of new ways forward.
Together we’ll explore the following forms of treatment:
Internal Family Systems: working toward a state of self-leadership by meeting all the various parts of ourselves with compassion and empathy.
Emotion-Focused Therapy: examination of emotional responses that stem from early attachments and the restructuring of those responses in current relationships.
Somatic Interventions: connecting with the body to regulate the nervous system and gain a better understanding of how our brains, bodies, thoughts, and feelings are connected.
