I offer counselling and psychotherapy sessions in both French and English to individuals (10+ years old) who are dealing with diverse life challenges. I specialize in childhood trauma and PTSD, and I also help clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, conflictual relationships and more.
I prioritize mutual trust and personalize my approach to each client’s goals and needs; aiming wellness, self-actualization and healthy coping mechanisms. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches such as IFS-informed EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT, EFIT and SFT. When you leave our session, I want you to feel confident, empowered and connected to your true self.
