Hi, I’m Madison!
My path to becoming a psychotherapist began in community mental health and substance use services, where I had the privilege of seeing firsthand the incredible resilience and courage people show when facing life’s challenges. It’s been an honor to help individuals tap into those inner strengths and navigate both the joys and difficulties that come their way.
With over a decade of experience, I’ve worked with a wide range of issues, including trauma, substance use, relationship struggles, and mental health concerns. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the CRPO, a Canadian Certified Counsellor with the CCPA, and I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. I also have specialized training in various therapeutic techniques, including being an EMDRIA-approved EMDR therapist and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.
Supporting professional growth and engaging in mutual learning with other counselling professionals are areas of great passion. I have completed certification and training for the provision Clinical Supervision and Peer Worker Supervision and have provided supervision to psychotherapists, counsellors, and other interdisciplinary professionals since 2018. I provide a supportive and enriching space for fellow therapists to explore their clinical practice, deepen their skills, and enhance their professional growth. Through reflective discussions, case consultations, and skill-building, I aim to help therapists develop a greater awareness of their therapeutic approach, strengthen their theoretical foundations, and hone their clinical interventions. My goal is to empower therapists to enhance their competencies, build confidence in their abilities, and ultimately provide high-quality care to their clients. If you are seeking clinical supervision to foster growth in your practice, I am here to support you on your professional journey.
