I’m a Registered Psychotherapist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals and couples as they navigate life’s challenges, transitions, and relationships. My professional journey began in health and fitness, where I helped people recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and adapt to physical changes. That work sparked a deeper interest in the emotional side of healing and ultimately led me to pursue a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology.
As someone living with lupus and multiple autoimmune conditions, I also bring lived experience to my work with clients facing chronic illness, chronic pain, and the many ways health concerns can affect identity, relationships, work, and emotional well-being. While health-related concerns are an area of specialization, I also work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, stress, relationship challenges, and difficult life transitions.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to the individual. I draw from evidence-based therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and trauma-informed care to help clients better understand themselves, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by loss, struggling with anxiety or depression, navigating changes in your health or relationships, or simply feeling stuck, therapy offers a space to slow down, gain perspective, and develop practical tools for moving forward. Together, we’ll work to identify your strengths, clarify what matters most to you, and create a path that feels authentic, sustainable, and aligned with the life you want to build.
