Seeking support takes courage, and finding the right therapist can make all the difference. I am a Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist, and trauma therapist specializing in complex trauma, PTSD, and family therapy. I also support individuals navigating racial trauma and the impacts of systemic injustice, providing culturally responsive care that acknowledges the broader contexts shaping mental health.
My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive. I integrate evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Narrative Therapy, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique experiences, strengths, and goals.
I work with adolescents, adults, and families experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship and family challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, burnout, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns. Whether we are processing the impact of past experiences, strengthening family relationships, or building practical coping strategies, my goal is to create a safe and empowering space where healing and meaningful change can occur.
With experience across hospital, community mental health, youth justice, correctional, and private practice settings, I am committed to helping clients move beyond survival and toward healing, resilience, and lasting growth.
