I completed my doctoral degree in clinical psychology (clinical neuropsychology stream) at York University and received the Canadian Psychological Association’s Certificate of Academic Excellence for my Ph.D. dissertation. My clinical training has taken place across several leading mental health facilities in the Greater Toronto Area, including the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute, Sunnybrook Health Sciences, Baycrest Hospital, and the York University Psychology Clinic. I completed my pre-doctoral residency in clinical neuropsychology at London Health Sciences Centre. I am registered as a psychologist (in supervised practice) with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO), specializing in clinical neuropsychology, clinical psychology, and rehabilitation psychology with adults.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse clientele, spanning various life stages, including adolescents, emerging adults, and older adults.
As a neuropsychologist by training, I am interested in working with individuals with psychiatric and cognitive comorbidities resulting from medical and neurological conditions, particularly those with a history of concussion and head injuries. Through volunteer work, I have become interested in advocacy work for cultural communities that are traditionally inexperienced with navigating psychological difficulties and have sought to connect these communities with appropriate mental health resources.
