Carla Daniels is a Licensed Clinical Therapist (LCT) and Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with over a decade of experience providing psychotherapy to adults. She holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from McGill University and operates a private practice based in Rothesay, New Brunswick.
Carla’s work is grounded in the belief that personal healing and authenticity naturally shape healthier families, communities, and systems. She specializes in supporting adults navigating anxiety, panic, depression, burnout, and major life transitions—particularly when symptoms feel connected to deeper identity shifts, unresolved early experiences, or inherited patterns that no longer fit.
Her approach weaves modern depth psychology with ancient and holistic traditions. Grounded in trauma- and attachment-informed psychotherapy, Carla integrates psychodynamic, CBT, and somatic-informed practices with perspectives drawn from Traditional Chinese Medicine, Kundalini Yoga, and Indigenous teachings. Her clinical focus includes inner child and ancestral healing, nervous system regulation, and helping clients restore balance, meaning, and capacity during times of change.
Carla works frequently with professionals, caregivers, and change-makers who carry significant responsibility and are seeking sustainable ways to grow, lead, and live without burning out or losing themselves.
Clients do not need to be spiritual to work with her—only open to a holistic, whole-person approach where ancient wisdom meets modern psychology.
Carla offers in-person sessions in Rothesay, New Brunswick, and online psychotherapy for adults across Canada. More information is available at www.carladaniels.ca.
