I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults who are navigating life’s challenges—whether it’s anxiety, self-doubt, difficult transitions, relationship stress, or unresolved experiences that still echo in the present. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based therapies like CBT, DBT, ACT, EFT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. But above all, I strive to offer a space where you feel safe to be fully yourself—a space where your thoughts, emotions, and stories are met with empathy, curiosity, and care.
Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about walking alongside you as you reconnect with your strengths, make sense of your experiences, and create room for more clarity, self-compassion, and meaning in your life.
