Finding clarity, strength, and calm can feel difficult when stress, anxiety, or conflict take over our lives. Communication challenges, generational differences, and cultural expectations can add even more complexity. I support adolescents, adults, and couples in cultivating confidence, resilience, and renewed hope.
My eclectic and multicultural approach is guided by each person’s unique strengths and inner resources. I draw from Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based CBT, and creative and somatic practices. I also offer Sandtray Therapy, which uses miniature figures in a tray of sand to explore experiences and emotions in ways that words alone may not capture.
Before becoming a therapist, my 17 years as a teacher and 12 years in the military taught me to deeply value connection, community, and the importance of safe, supportive spaces where healing and growth can flourish. It would be an honour to walk beside you with care, curiosity, and practical tools as we move toward the meaningful changes you are seeking.
