I come from a background of working in the healthcare industry and in my local community in the non-profit sector. I have an interest in helping individuals dealing with anxiety and depression, trauma and PTSD, relationship issues and low self-esteem, life transitions and stress management, grief and loss, and dealing with chronic illnesses. I am also a strong advocate for increasing awareness about men’s mental health.
