I support adults throughout their parenting journey, through grief and burnout. Whether you’re a new or seasoned parent, this role can feel overwhelming and I am especially passionate about helping you manage and understand these feelings. I can also help you navigate prenatal and postnatal challenges, and the everyday transitions you experience in parenthood. I am here to help you build the confidence and skills you need to become a mentally and emotionally strong parent.
In sessions, I create a calm, non-judgmental space for you to explore your actions and emotions. I believe in the power of connection and understand that a positive working relationship is integral to your therapy journey. I’ll work with you to discover unique coping strategies, set goals, and discuss skill-building strategies.
Caitlin offers sessions in English and French, virtually in Quebec and Ontario.
