I am a Registered Psychotherapist specializing in working with individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, perfectionism, phobias, relationship challenges, PTSD and more. I utilize a relational, strengths-based trauma-informed lens that is neurodiversity and 2SLGBTQ+ affirming. I draw from a variety of research-based techniques including Psychoanalysis, CBT, ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy), ACT, DBT, Narrative, and Integrative mind-body trauma-informed approaches to help you meet your goals. My aim is to create a comforting and warm experience where you feel safe to share your unique story and empowered to engage in journey to healing and living a fulfilling life.
