With Couples, I use Emotionally Focused Therapy to help you improve communication, resolve conflict better, strengthen emotional intimacy, and heal past hurts. I am a non-judgmental, client-centred, patient, and warm Psychotherapist who uses talk therapy, somatic (body) techniques, Brainspotting, and Christian counselling (if requested) for holistic healing.
