Lisa takes an integrative approach to therapy founded in humanistic approaches that combine person-centered, non-pathologizing and feminist approaches through a social justice lens.
Lisa has a particular interest in working with those who struggle with disordered eating & eating disorders, anti-fat bias, and chronic illness. Lisa is passionate about being neurodivergent affirming, 2SLGBTQ+ allied and weight inclusive.
Lisa identifies as a white, cisgender, neurodivergent, small fat woman. Her practice is grounded in principles of inclusivity, anti-oppression and trauma-informed care.
When Lisa isn’t working, she enjoys painting, felting, reading, cooking (and eating!) and sharing 80s and 90s nostalgia with her children.
