Hi and welcome! My name is Natasha, and I’m currently an MACP candidate who focuses in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). My experience working with crisis hotlines inspired me to become a counsellor and lead me to my belief that everyone deserves a space where they can share what is troubling them.
My goal as a counsellor is to provide that non-judgemental space for you as we work through techniques to better your life balance. As an MACP candidate, I offer services at a lower rate, and in an online format, making the process more accessible and allowing for us to work where you are comfortable
