I am a bilingual Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) based in Ontario, offering therapy in both English and Mandarin. My work focuses on supporting adolescents and adults facing emotional overwhelm, attachment trauma, and identity challenges, especially those navigating the unique pressures of cross-cultural transitions. Many of the clients I work with are international students or second- and third-generation immigrants who carry deep inner conflicts between who they are, who they want to be, and who they feel expected to be.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness. I believe in creating a space where clients can safely explore their pain, unhook from rigid thought patterns, and begin moving toward lives that feel more meaningful and free. I have completed ACT Level 2 training through APT Canada and continue to invest in my clinical development as I work toward full licensure with the CRPO.
In my past roles at both in-person and online therapy clinics, I have supported clients with mood disorders, relational issues, cultural stress, and historical trauma. I value honesty, cultural humility, and emotional safety in the therapy space, and I strive to meet every client with a grounded, compassionate presence.
Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just unsure of where to begin, therapy can help you reconnect with what matters. I would be honoured to support you through that process.
