I am a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO) and Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCPA) specializing in trauma, attachment, and relational patterns among high-achieving women — particularly first- and second-generation immigrants who have learned to stay strong, perform, and keep going even when they feel unseen or unsupported.
Many of my clients are thoughtful, driven, and deeply responsible — the ones others rely on — yet inside they carry self-doubt, over-giving patterns, or a lingering sense that their needs are “too much.” They often find themselves drawn into familiar relationship dynamics, feeling anxious, undervalued, or emotionally alone, even while appearing successful on the outside.
My work is grounded in trauma-informed, attachment-based practice and integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS-informed), mindfulness, and parts-oriented exploration. Together, we gently map the protective parts that strive, people-please, or overfunction — and support the vulnerable parts that learned to silence themselves in order to belong.
Having lived and worked across India, Singapore, the U.S., and Canada, I bring a multicultural lens that honours family-of-origin expectations, cultural identity, and the invisible pressures carried by immigrant women. My intention is to offer a grounded, compassionate space where you can reconnect with your inner voice, set boundaries without guilt, and build relationships — with others and with yourself — that feel secure, authentic, and reciprocal.
