With a background in both psychotherapy and spiritual care, I offer an approach that’s compassionate, down-to-earth, and tailored to who you are. My focus is on creating a safe, supportive space where you can work through life’s challenges, make sense of what’s weighing on you, and move toward greater clarity and resilience.
My path into psychotherapy has been shaped by years of experience in mental health, spiritual counselling, and community care. I have worked in hospitals, mental health settings, and faith-based communities. I currently serve as a Minister in the Presbyterian Church in Canada, walking alongside a church congregation in faith and community. My experience spans both pastoral and therapeutic roles, supporting individuals through moments of deep questioning, healing, and transformation. I hold a Master of Divinity and a Master of Pastoral Studies, along with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. I’m a Qualifying Member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
I take an eclectic, client-centered approach. My background in spiritual care allows me to integrate meaning-making and existential exploration for those who find it helpful. I specialize in working with spiritual care and spiritual wounds, men’s issues, and LGBTQ+ concerns, creating a space where people can reflect, process, and heal without judgment. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, grief, identity struggles, overcoming trauma, or major life changes, we’ll work together to find what fits best for you.
