I work primarily with high-functioning, capable, and driven individuals who appear “put together” on the outside but feel emotionally exhausted, anxious, or disconnected beneath the surface. Many of my clients are professionals, caregivers, or high achievers who have been carrying chronic stress for a long time and are beginning to feel its impact on their mood, sleep, confidence, or relationships.
Anxiety, burnout, and low mood rarely exist in isolation. They are often shaped by long-term stress, perfectionism, relational patterns, or past experiences that have taught the nervous system to stay on high alert. You do not need to identify with a specific trauma for trauma-informed therapy to be helpful.
My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, collaborative approach that emphasizes emotional safety, choice, and pacing. Therapy with me is both practical and reflective — supporting symptom relief in the present while also helping you understand the deeper patterns influencing how you relate to yourself and others.
I integrate evidence-based modalities with compassion-focused and mindfulness-informed practices. Together, we build awareness of how stress and past experiences show up in your emotional responses, self-talk, and relationships, and develop tools that support greater steadiness, self-trust, and sustainable change.
I tend to work well with individuals who:
Are high-achieving professionals or caregivers experiencing burnout, anxiety, or emotional fatigue
Struggle with perfectionism, imposter syndrome, low mood, or chronic overwhelm
Are navigating life transitions that have impacted confidence or relationships
Want practical tools alongside deeper personal growth
Value a trauma-informed, respectful, and collaborative therapeutic relationship
My approach is thoughtful, grounded, and intentional — focused on helping you reconnect with yourself in a way that supports long-term wellbeing, not just short-term coping.
