Hi there! I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Canadian Certified Counsellor. I offer virtual sessions for clients across the provinces of Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Saskatchewan, as well as the three Territories.

I am a relational therapist seeking to empower, support, and walk alongside all my clients. My therapeutic approach is flexible based off who is in the room with me, focused on building a trusting connection first and going at a pace that feels right to you. I work with individuals and couples for adults 18+.
